About Edit tools
The editor handles text and images directly on the page. Rotate fixes pages that came out of a scanner sideways. Watermark stamps text across every page with adjustable size, colour, and angle. Signature lets you draw or place a signature where it belongs. Page numbers insert a running count in whichever corner you pick, starting from whatever number you need.
Fill and flatten are a pair worth understanding. Filling a form writes values into interactive fields that remain editable, which is what you want while a document is still in progress. Flatten burns those fields into the page permanently — the answers become part of the artwork and nobody downstream can alter them or accidentally clear them. Flatten last, and keep the unflattened copy.
